After more than 30 years of utilising her expertise in the energy field, Wendy Poulton established Strategic Mindsets because she was driven to help companies and individuals strategically navigate the challenges of today’s complex world, and succeed. Wendy has a unique set of skills that combine strategy, sustainability, risk and coaching. She understands that problems are interconnected and require new mindsets and ways of thinking to reach solutions. She is therefore a strong believer in taking an integrated approach and is passionate about developing and testing new approaches.

Wendy holds a Masters Degree, Management, Strategy, and Innovation Diplomas and is also a qualified coach. She has published and presented extensively in the fields of energy, sustainability and strategy, and she is passionate about the role that people play in strategy development, risk management and ultimately decision making. With Wendy at the helm, Strategic Mindsets is able to access a network of individuals who work as part of the team, as and when needed.
